Pay

$24.00 – $48.00 per hour depending on experience. Top performers can earn up to $175,000+ annually. Sign‑on bonus up to $1,500.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Provide honest recommendations and solutions to customers
• Deliver high‑quality workmanship and a positive customer experience
• Stay current on equipment, tools, and industry best practices

Requirements

• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• HVAC service experience (licensed preferred but not required)
• Willingness to obtain NATE certification within the first year
• Strong work ethic and team‑first mindset
• Pass a background check and drug screening upon conditional offer
