Vertex Mechanical is looking for a seasoned Residential HVAC Installer to take ownership of complete HVAC replacement and installation projects. Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from equipment delivery through final startup.
• Install heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes.
• Work alongside other installers and coordinate with the office and field teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Walk homeowners through their new system, explain basic operation, and address questions before wrapping up the job.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's home.
• Identify and resolve installation issues while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship.
• Set the example for professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail on every job.

Pay

• $30–$40 per hour, based on experience
• Potential earnings of $120,000–$130,000 per year when hourly compensation and performance incentives are combined

Schedule

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Solid mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional, dependable approach to working in customers' homes
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
