Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
• Train and supervise other team members
• Consult on customer complaints and provide beneficial solutions for both customer and company
• Test and balance HVAC systems
• Apply all residential and light commercial HVAC codes
• Safely use hand and power tools, including working at heights with ladders and aerial equipment
• Obtain and maintain all installer-based NATE certifications
• Develop and use strong customer service skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Proficient in HVAC functional design and ductwork installation
• Strong understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to identify and safely use basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to invest in tools used in the HVAC trade
• Comfortable working at heights

Pay

$24–$40/hour, depending on experience. Top performers earn up to $150,000/year.
