About the role
Perform residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects, including installation of refrigerant piping, ducting systems, control wiring, and related components. Develop expertise in HVAC installation methods, standards, and best practices while working under supervision, independently, and collaboratively with team members. Conduct equipment commissioning, testing, and operational verification post-installation. Participate in ongoing employer-sponsored training through the Trane dealer network and pursue NATE certification opportunities.
Pay
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with overtime as needed

Requirements
- Current driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience, or an equivalent mix of formal training and hands-on experience
- EPA certification
- Capable of lifting and positioning up to 100 pounds overhead with assistance when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- NATE Core and Specialty certifications are preferred; company-provided training is available for qualified candidates
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
