Pay

Up to $35.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 40+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Set and connect ductwork, fittings, and related components
• Complete jobs efficiently and within projected labor hours
• Test, balance, and verify proper system performance
• Maintain truck inventory and installation tools
• Follow all applicable mechanical and safety codes
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong hands-on experience installing HVAC systems
• Own the tools needed to perform installation work
• Knowledge of gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and refrigeration systems
• Understanding of low-voltage controls and wiring
• Ability to read system designs and install ductwork correctly
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving installation-related issues
• Working knowledge of residential and light commercial code requirements
