Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC installations with high standards of quality and workmanship
• Take initiative on tough installations and tackle challenges head-on
• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members
• Read and interpret job drawings and wiring diagrams
• Work collaboratively with an experienced team that prioritizes employees and customers

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ driver's license
• 2+ years in residential HVAC install experience
• EPA certifications (Type II or Universal)
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret job drawings and wiring diagrams

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
• Ability to install boilers is a plus
• Experience in plumbing or sheet metal fabrication is a plus

Pay & schedule

• Annual Compensation: $40,000 – $100,000+
• Full-time – Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
