Residential HVAC Installer
Aspire Heating and Cooling in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers for full-time positions.
About the role
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you'll install heating and cooling systems for homeowners while maintaining Aspire's high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll work on complete system replacements, equipment upgrades, and new installations while ensuring every project is completed according to manufacturer specifications and local code requirements. Our installation teams are provided with the planning, equipment, and field support needed to complete projects efficiently without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers, condensers, evaporator coils, and complete system replacements.
- Connect refrigerant lines, electrical components, ductwork, drainage systems, thermostats, and related accessories while verifying proper system operation before project completion.
- Maintain organized job sites, communicate professionally with homeowners, complete installation documentation accurately, and work closely with fellow installers to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Experienced installers may also help train and mentor apprentices and newer technicians.
Requirements
- Residential HVAC installation experience.
- Commitment to producing clean, high-quality work.
- Comfortable installing residential comfort systems, working safely with tools and equipment, and representing the company professionally in customers' homes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- EPA Certification is preferred but may be obtained shortly after hire.
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.

Pay
Earn up to $45.00 per hour based on installation experience, workmanship, leadership ability, and overall performance. Structured advancement opportunities with increasing earning potential.
