Compensation And Benefits
- $35.00-$45.00+ per hour based on experience and licensing

What You'll Do
- Oversight of residential HVAC installation projects from preparation through final startup
- Leading installation crews, coordinating daily job activities, assigning work responsibilities, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Installing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductless mini-split systems, boilers, ventilation systems, ductwork, and indoor air quality equipment in both replacement and new construction applications
- Interpreting blueprints and construction plans, verifying equipment placement, overseeing system startup and testing, inspecting completed work for quality, and ensuring all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local building codes, and company expectations
- Communicating with homeowners, builders, project managers, and office staff throughout each project, monitoring job profitability through efficient execution, mentoring junior installers, maintaining organized and safe job sites, and completing accurate project documentation
What We're Looking For
- Experienced HVAC installation professionals with at least three years of residential installation experience, including both replacement systems and new construction projects
- Previous experience leading installation crews or serving as a lead installer is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, installation best practices, airflow, duct design, refrigeration principles, and applicable building codes
- Experience installing boilers, gas heating systems, and oil-fired equipment is highly desirable
- A valid HVAC license and EPA Certification
- The ability to read blueprints, coordinate projects, mentor installers, and maintain high standards of workmanship is essential
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required
