About the role
The Residential HVAC Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing high-quality service and repair solutions to customers in the residential HVAC industry. This position requires strong technical skills and excellent customer service abilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
- Install new HVAC equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- At least 1 year of experience in HVAC field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using common HVAC diagnostic tools
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
