Residential HVAC Service Specialist

Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems
• Deliver clear, honest recommendations to customers
• Complete all repairs and maintenance according to company quality standards
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate job status effectively
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Completion of an HVAC technical training program
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own basic hand tools

Compensation & Schedule

$27-$40 per hour base (Top performers earn $40+/hour with incentives)
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime
Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
