Position Overview
The selected candidate will be a Residential HVAC Comfort Consultant who will analyze customer needs, provide tailored HVAC solutions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize expertise in residential HVAC sales to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Present clear, customized HVAC proposals to clients and finalize sales.
- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction.
- Address customer objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and existing bids to convert them into successful sales.
- Collaborate with customers to recommend system solutions, including maintenance programs.
- Stay up to date on HVAC technology and product offerings, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Be flexible with appointment scheduling, including evening and early morning visits, to accommodate customer availability.
- Ensure all post-sale agreements are fulfilled to customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in residential HVAC sales and a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
- A customer-first approach with a focus on providing value and tailored solutions.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
