Position Overview
The selected candidate will join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to keeping customers comfortable year-round. This role requires a proven track record in residential HVAC sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions
- Present clear, customized HVAC proposals and finalize sales
- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers
- Address customer objections and overcome challenges in the sales process
- Follow up with leads and existing bids to convert them into successful sales
- Recommend system solutions, including maintenance programs
- Stay updated on HVAC technology and product offerings
- Be flexible with appointment scheduling, including evenings and early mornings
- Ensure all post-sale agreements are fulfilled to customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in residential HVAC sales
- Strong understanding of the sales process
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- A customer-first approach with a focus on providing value and tailored solutions
- Strong relationship-building skills
