About the role

Responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of hardie siding products. Works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair hardie siding products according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Perform regular inspections to maintain client satisfaction and prevent issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed.
