PAY

- Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 - Plus commission

SCHEDULE

Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

YOUR DAY

As a Residential Gutter Installer, you will: - Review your schedule - Fabricate gutters on-site - Install gutters with precision - Complete projects the same day - Work closely with the production coordinator - Maintain a clean work area - Ensure installations meet high standards

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience in gutter installation - Ability to maintain a clean job site - Ability to perform labor tasks (lifting, getting on ladders, etc.) - Proficient with computers and CRM systems - OSHA certification preferred We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who values quality and efficiency.
