Responsibilities

  • Generate your own residential leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, and follow-ups
  • Manage and nurture your personal sales pipeline
  • Work company-provided leads efficiently and professionally
  • Build rapport with homeowners and guide them through the sales process
  • Conduct in-home residential estimates (interior & exterior)
  • Measure, scope, and price projects accurately using company pricing standards
  • Present clear options and explain the value of Fresh Coat services
  • Deliver estimates promptly and professionally
  • Follow-up on all estimates consistently until closed or lost
  • Maintain accurate notes, photos, and job details in CRM
  • Clean handoffs to production once jobs are sold

Compensation

  • Base salary + commission
  • Higher commission on self-generated leads
  • Commission on company-provided leads
  • Performance bonuses available based on sales goals
