About the role
The Residential Escrow Officer is responsible for managing escrow accounts, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage escrow accounts for residential properties
- Ensure timely disbursements and payments
- Communicate with clients and third parties regarding escrow transactions
- Prepare and file required documentation
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow or finance
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
