About the role
The Residential Escrow Officer is responsible for managing escrow accounts, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage escrow accounts for residential properties
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate with clients and third parties regarding escrow transactions
- Prepare and file necessary documentation
- Handle disputes and resolve issues efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow or finance
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Experience with escrow software systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
