About the role

The Residential Escrow Officer is responsible for managing escrow accounts, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage escrow accounts for residential properties
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Communicate with clients and third parties regarding escrow transactions
  • Prepare and file necessary documentation
  • Handle disputes and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in escrow or finance
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Experience with escrow software systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
