- $150,000–$300,000+ annually for top performers
- $120,000+ for first-year reps
- Monthly bonus programs

What You’ll Do
- Run 3–5 company-provided appointments daily
- Identify electrical safety concerns and present solutions
- Provide clear pricing and close sales
- Cook up install handoff to production team
- Complete necessary permit documentation
- Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project execution
Who This Role Is Ideal For
- Residential electricians ready to transition into sales
- High-ticket closers who want stronger income potential
- Professionals comfortable working in customers’ homes with residential electrical experience preferred (not required for strong sales backgrounds)
- 2+ years journeyman experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and closing ability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean background & drug screen
