Residential Electrician

Lead Residential Electrician to oversee high-end custom home electrical work. You will supervise apprentices, ensure installations meet all applicable electrical codes and safety standards, and maintain organized, safe job sites while communicating professionally with clients. Key Responsibilities Run and manage electrical scope for custom residential projects.Read and interpret electrical and architectural plans; plan and coordinate daily workflow.Supervise apprentices and support quality workmanship.Coordinate with builders and other trades to ensure seamless integration.Perform advanced rough-in, trim-out, service upgrades, and related electrical installations.Install and integrate smart home systems, lighting controls, generators, and EV chargers.Maintain jobsite organization and follow all safety procedures and code requirements. Qualifications & Skills Strong residential electrical troubleshooting and installation expertise.Proficient plan reading and system layout understanding.Leadership ability to supervise and mentor apprentices.Excellent communication skills with clients, builders, and trades.Commitment to safe work practices and code-compliant workmanship.
