About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers while maintaining a positive attitude and working effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently
Requirements
- Current driver's license with a minimum of 3 years and a clean driving record
- At least 2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Outgoing, professional, and clean-cut demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local driving laws and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

- Ability to work in multiple locations within NC and VA

Pay
$29-35/hour | Annual earning potential or $100,000+ with commission opportunities!
Schedule
Flexible schedule with the option to work evenings and weekends for emergencies. Otherwise, work days are typically Monday through Friday.
