What You Will Do
- Complete residential remodel and installation projects from rough-in through finish
- Perform electrical layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish work
- Support apprentices and less experienced technicians on jobsites
- Cook up with project managers and operations to keep projects on schedule
- Maintain jobsite safety and ensure NEC and company standard compliance
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read blueprints and plan work efficiently
- Leadership potential with interest in mentoring and crew leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Up to $50.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
