About the role

Residential Service Electrician position with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, and inspections
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, and fixtures using hand and power tools
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide solutions to homeowners
• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of residential electrical experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid electrical certification or license (as required by local regulations)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements)
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated platforms)
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations
