Residential DSP in Odenton, MD

About the role

Bay-CSS is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Odenton, MD to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities during specified shifts.

Schedule

• Wednesday: 3 pm – 11 pm
• Thursday: 3 pm – 11 pm, with overnight shifts (11 pm – 9 am)
• Friday: 3 pm – 11 pm, with overnight shifts (11 pm – 7 am)

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care during assigned shifts.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for individuals with disabilities.
• Foster independence and personal development through engaging activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to deliver high-quality care to residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Ability to complete all required trainings in a timely manner.

Pay

$21 per hour with a $2 weekend differential.
