About the role

Bay-CSS is looking for a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the Awake Overnight shift in Waldorf, MD. The ideal candidate will provide overnight support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in disability services preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Must pass a background check
• Completion of all required trainings within the specified timeframe

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents during the overnight hours
• Aid residents with daily living activities when necessary
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being throughout the night
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and observations
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent care

Schedule

The position entails working from 10 pm to 8 am, Sunday to Wednesday, in Waldorf, MD. A shift differential of $2/hr applies on Saturday and Sunday.
