Residential Driver - Local CDL Route

About the role

El Paso Disposal, a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Residential CDL Driver to join our growing team in El Paso, Texas.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays. Start time 5:00 a.m.; approximately 50–55 hours per week.

Pay

$21.50–$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a garbage truck on specified residential routes to collect solid waste.
• Read route sheets and service each customer identified on the sheet or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Perform routine pre- and post-route inspections on vehicles (fluids, safety equipment, tires, etc.).
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers when needed.
• Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience.
