About the role

We are seeking a Counselor / Therapist to join our Clinical team at Ashley’s Residential Program in Havre de Grace, MD. We're looking for a strategic, forward-thinking clinical professional who can blend professional skills with purpose-driven passion.

Responsibilities

  • Part of a multidisciplinary team as an Inpatient Counselor / Therapist at Ashley Addiction Treatment’s Bel Air location
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care
  • Develop treatment plans, manage crises, and enhance engagement in recovery
  • Collaborate with medical, clinical, and support staff
  • Offer clinical supervision, education in evidence-based practices, and opportunities to strengthen skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient-centered therapy

Requirements

  • Senior Therapist: LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCADC license
  • Treatment Therapist: LMSW, LGPC, or LGADC license
  • Sr. Counselor: CSC-AD or CAC-AD certification
  • Counselor: ADT certification
  • Experience in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills

Qualifications

  • Full or partial license in behavioral health, detox, or addiction treatment
