Residential Counselor-On-Call

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and supervision to residents and assist them in the development and implementation of their service plan.
• Oversee recreational program and outings.
• Supervise residents with daily activities.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and thoroughly and submit by the required deadline.
• Ensure the Medication Management and Training procedures are properly followed.
• Cookordinate residents' care with outside agencies by establishing and maintaining open communication in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Transport residents to and from appointments and recreational activities as needed.
• Perform bed checks and morning wake-ups when needed.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma/GED is required.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience is required.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
