RESIDENTIAL COORDINATOR -**(Per Diem)** La Selva (Palo Alto, CA)

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, set up, and serve meals and snacks.
• Maintain proper food supplies and storage.
• Monitor food supplies inventory and order supplies.
• Manage food budget and expenditures.
• Perform sanitation and housekeeping tasks.
• Support clients in group activities.
• Complete logs, records, and documentation.
• Communicate via voice mail and email.
• Maintain and clean vehicles.
• Assist with transportation.
• Perform first aid and emergency assistance.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities Required

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of related experience.
• Purchasing, kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping management experience.
• Lead experience in commercial or industrial cooking.
• Safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Organizing and completing records.
• Planning driving assignments.
• Interacting with staff and residents.
• Effective communication and customer service.
• Using MS Office applications and basic computer literacy.
• Using common office equipment.
• First Aid certification.
• Criminal records clearance and valid driver’s license.

Special Requirements

• Criminal records clearance.
• Valid California Driver License and auto insurance.
• Physical abilities to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs., and perform emergency evacuations.
