Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, (35 hours per week)

Residential Property Lawyer Role Highlights

  • Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants
  • Build relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers
  • Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals

Requirements

  • 3 years PQE in residential property (desirable)
  • Experience in freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, transfer of equity
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills
  • Ambition to grow and progress within the firm
