Residential Consultant - $15

About the role

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Resident Consultant for a company in the Athens, TN area.

Responsibilities

• Set up appointments and answer phone calls.
• Enter information into the property management software.
• Keep accurate and detailed records on all accounts and files.
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, current residents, and prospective residents.
• Prepare and execute leases/paperwork for prospects and residents.
• Process applications, action letters, welcome letters, lease paperwork, lease files, renewal letters, renewal leases, move-out inspection forms, and violation notices.
• Handle resident questions, maintenance requests, and any other daily requests.
• Develop and maintain first-class customer service relationships with prospects.
• Manage and resolve resident concerns.
• Monitor work orders.
• Ensure all move-in items are addressed and ready prior to move-in.
• Renew all tenants in a timely manner monthly.
• Maintain and ensure that all residents have active renter’s insurance policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Computer literacy required.
• Previous leasing experience a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Extended periods of sitting.

Pay

$15/hour

Schedule

Full-time, temp-to-hire. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
