Residential Consultant - $15/hr

Resident Consultant

Responsible for setting up appointments, answering phone calls, entering information into property management software, keeping detailed records, providing customer service, preparing and executing leases, processing applications, handling resident questions, managing maintenance requests, and renewing tenants.

• Develop and maintain customer service relationships with prospects
• Manage and resolve resident concerns
• Maintain and ensure active renter’s insurance policies for residents
• Ensure all move-in items are addressed and ready prior to move-in
• Renew tenants in a timely manner monthly

Qualifications

• High School or GED
• Computer literacy required
• Previous leasing experience a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset
• A valid driver’s license is required
