Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $120,000 per year (plus year-end bonus)
Location: San Mateo, CA
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Project Scope: High-End Custom Residential Homes

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Cook up projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout with strong ownership and follow-through.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, procurement tracking, submittals, documentation, and project workflows.
  • Care for subcontractors, consultants, vendors, inspections, and internal teams across multiple moving parts.
  • Lead weekly client meetings and maintain proactive homeowner communication throughout the project.
  • Track decisions, selections, approvals, and change orders with exceptional organization and clarity.
  • Identify risks early and solve problems proactively to maintain momentum and project stability.
  • Partner closely with field leadership to align scheduling, quality expectations, and issue resolution.
  • Utilize Buildertrend and other digital systems extensively for communication, documentation, and accountability.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve organization, efficiency, communication quality, and operational consistency.
  • Help improve company systems, workflows, and standards over time as the business grows.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in residential construction project management or coordination.
  • Experience working on custom homes, luxury residential projects, or high-end renovations.
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing presence.
  • A calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Strong technology skills and comfort learning new systems quickly.
  • A strong follow-through and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An excitement about AI, technology, and operational efficiency.
  • The ability to grow rapidly in a high-performance, process-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Residential construction experience.
  • Project coordination or construction management background.
  • Buildertrend experience.
  • Operations or startup experience.
  • Experience managing teams, vendors, or consultants.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead communication across multiple stakeholders.
