Residential Construction Project Manager
Moceri Companies, a family-owned real estate developer and master planner since the 1950s, is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee custom home and luxury apartment projects throughout southeast Michigan. This role is solely responsible for the timely and high-quality completion of assigned projects, ensuring that all phases — from permitting to final walkthrough — are executed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the construction of custom homes or luxury apartments from start to finish.
- Arrange and set up construction and sales office trailers when needed.
- Schedule trade partners and manage tasks typically performed by Superintendents.
- Apply for building permits and obtain Certificates of Occupancy.
- Request and track purchase orders and work orders through the corporate office — no verbal orders permitted.
- Approve bills, verifying all quantities and measurements.
- Notify the corporate and sales offices when stage payments are due.
- Maintain and update project schedules at both corporate and construction offices.
- Conduct weekly meetings with sales staff and company owners.
- Perform homeowner walkthroughs and manage punch list completion.
- Oversee warranty and service work, ensuring written approval before commencement.
- Enforce strict jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality control standards.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience managing custom home and/or luxury apartment construction.
- Thorough knowledge of trades and construction best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and builder software programs.
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday.
- Exceptional professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check.
- Must have reliable transportation / work truck.

Pay
$100,000+ per year (negotiable) plus performance bonuses.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, with weekend work as needed.

Primary worksite: Moceri Custom Homes, Auburn Hills, MI. Projects may be located across Southeast Michigan.
