Position Overview
The Residential Construction Draw Administrator is a temporary role responsible for managing residential construction loan draw process, ensuring timely and compliant disbursement of funds throughout the construction lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma (or equivalent) and two or more years of retail banking and/or bank operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, general banking technology (construction draw systems, wire platforms), with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
- Collaborative team player who partners effectively across departments.
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply information and policies.
- Flexible and responsive, able to manage shifting priorities, and deadlines.
Preferred, But Not Required
- Experience with Jack Henry (core banking system).
