Design Contractor (Temporary)

About the role

This is a temporary contractor position (~3 months) supporting our Design team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed, accurate flat sketches and CADs using Adobe Illustrator.
• Full ownership of data entry, tech pack creation, and BOM (Bill of Materials) management within the WFX PLM system.
• Utilize Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Slides) to manage design trackers, line plans, and collaborative feedback loops.
• Support the design team in refining silhouettes, selecting trims, and ensuring all technical specifications meet brand standards.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (specifically for technical apparel flats).
• Proven experience working within WFX (World Fashion Exchange) or a similar high-level PLM system.
• Highly organized in Google Platform (Sheets/Docs) for data management and collaborative CAD sharing.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, performance fabrics, and the "Mizzen+Main fit."
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
