Residential Clinician - Juvenile Justice

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy weekly as needed or indicated.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans.
• Provide case management and advocacy for youth as needed.
• Facilitate curriculum-based treatment groups in DBT, Substance abuse, and Risk Reduction.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to include evaluating risk and developing safety plans, as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the Healing Arts. Clinical License eligible (LMHC, LICSW).
• At least 3 years experience with the population.
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license.

Schedule

Sunday-Thursday 11am-7pm (Friday/Saturday off)
Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm (Sunday/Monday off)

Pay

Annual Salary: $55,000 USD - $60,000 USD
