About the role

We are a family-owned business and one of the top-rated cleaning companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We offer up to $21 per hour plus generous tips, paid weekly benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Use all-natural cleaning products
• Work solo most of the time
• Service the greater Phoenix metropolitan area
• Work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
• Receive 7 days of one-on-one training with an experienced mentor
• Drive up to 60 miles per week in between jobs

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying cleaning supplies
• Drive up to 60 miles per week in between jobs

Qualifications

No prior cleaning experience required. We hire for character, train for skill, and create a supportive environment for growth.
