Residential Cleaners - Up to $21/hr -Paid Weekly

About the role

We are a family-owned business and one of the top-rated cleaning companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We believe in using all-natural products for our cleaning—no chemicals, no bleaches, just eco-friendly, non-irritating cleaning supplies and good old-fashioned elbow grease.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential cleaning services solo in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle that can carry cleaning supplies (not a roommate’s car, not a moped, etc.)
• Ability to drive up to 60 miles per week between jobs and about 60 miles to and from home

Training and support

• Receive 7 days of one-on-one training with an experienced mentor
• Mentor continues to support quality and efficiency development after training
• All necessary cleaning supplies provided
