What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards
• Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Develop and implement individualized service plans
• Connect residents with community resources and support services
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
• Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history
• Valid Driver's License

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $18.00 /hour
• Schedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
