Residential Caseworker (Full-Time)

About the role

Mentor and support adults and families in a variety of settings, contributing to their recovery and overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.
• Aid residents in developing life skills such as budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.
• Counsel and intervene during crises as necessary.
• Create and implement individualized service plans for each resident.
• Connect residents with community resources and support services.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all interactions and activities.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and other supports to enhance positive outcomes for residents.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a human service-related field.
• One year of relevant work experience.
• Criminal clearance and fingerprint-based federal criminal history clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of mental health and behavioral health principles.
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and record-keeping.

$18.00+/hour

Schedule

Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
