About the role
Join our team at River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon as a Residential Care Associate II. Your primary responsibilities include supporting residents according to their individualized treatment plans, focusing on personal care services, environmental intervention, and limited group social and recreational activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to residents according to their individualized treatment plans.
- Administer prescribed medications, follow physician’s orders, document on medical charts and count sheets, and assist clients with self-administration of medications.
- Transport clients to and from the program as necessary to engage and provide treatment services.
- Maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation of services.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
- Must be 18 or older at the time of hire.
- Must be eligible to drive and maintain a safe driving record.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.
- Must successfully complete crisis de-escalation and CPR trainings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of verifiable behavioral health experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs in a supervised setting.
- Equivalent combination of behavioral science education in addition to satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.

- Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Pay
$22.50 - $23.88 per hour DOE/Credentials. Differentials: Night Shift (NOC) Differential: An additional $3.00 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM and 8:30 AM, Secure Program Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for all hours worked in an eligible CCS secure program, Bilingual Differential: An additional 5% pay differential for employees who meet the qualifications of the CCS Language/Bilingual Program.

Friday through Monday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Part Time, Day)
