About the Role
Northern Lakes Community Mental Health Authority (NLCMHA) is a 300-employee organization that serves people who live with intellectual/developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders from six counties: Crawford, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Missaukee, Roscommon, and Wexford. Among many other community mental health services, NLCMHA also directly operates 6 licensed specialized residential homes and a small group of supervised independent living apartments utilizing a team of up to seventy full and part time employees. We have homes located in Crawford, Roscommon, and Wexford counties.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

Qualifications
- At least 18-years old
- Mi driver’s license (unrestricted)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Pass a Physical Exam including lift test
- Pass criminal background check
- Negative TB test
