Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and training to individuals with Serious Mental Illness in our residential treatment Bethel Park location.
- Develop and mentor a team, using a strengths-based approach and positive practices to guide residents’ activities.
- Ensure the health and well-being of residents by managing daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, medication management, transportation to appointments, and interaction with family members.
- Engage with residents both on site and in the community through socialization, participation in activities, shopping, trips, and other community-related events.
- Design games and crafts to support residents’ social and personal well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services OR High School Diploma/Equivalency and 1 year of direct care experience.
- Ability to drive an organization automobile/van.
- Act 33/34/73 Clearances.
- Pre-employment Drug Screen.
Schedule
This is a non-exempt/hourly position that works Tuesday - Saturday from 3pm-11pm.

This position will work in a small 3-bed Mental Health Support Home located in a neighborhood setting in Bethel Park, conveniently located across from South Park.
