Residential Assistant Manager

About the role

Northeast Kingdom Human Services is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to provide site leadership for a new licensed Residential Care Home in Lyndon, Vermont. This position offers training and experience toward meeting regulatory requirements for a manager-level role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Manager in the overall operation of a licensed Residential Care Home, including shared on-call responsibilities (may include nights, weekends, and holidays).
• Assist in maintaining adequate staffing to meet program requirements and supervise, schedule, and support staff in their duties.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and NKHS policies.
• Prioritize resident safety.
• Assist in maintaining facilities in a safe, clean, and home-like manner.
• Provide for the needs of the consumers.
