Pay: USD $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per hour
About the role
The Residential Aide will work under the supervision of the Facility Manager and provide shift coverage, with the possibility of a flexible, rotating shift schedule, and weekend coverage.
Responsibilities
- Monitor participants’ movement to and from the facility and document accordingly
- Conduct facility runs to ensure security, safety, and program standards are maintained
- Collect finger images utilizing the HRA STARS operating device
- Oversee evening focus and disseminate pertinent information to the participants
- Collect urine specimens as indicated on the urine list and/or specified via clinical staff
- Distribute cleaning and hygienic supplies to participants as needed
- Responsible for observation of participants’ self-medication administration
- Perform dorm and living quarter searches to ensure the program is clear of contraband
- Other duties as requested by supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience working with population service in a congregate setting
- Knowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of human services
