Residential Aide
About the role
Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is seeking compassionate and caring staff to work in a residential home setting in Bethel Park, PA. Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adults with disabilities in activities of daily living and home care.
Responsibilities
- Cooking and serving meals
- Cleaning the house
- Shopping for groceries and supplies
- Personal care assistance like grooming or bathing
- Meditation administration
- Individual goal attainment assistance
- Community outings and fun activities
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required

Pay
Steady, full-time hours available. Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling.
Schedule
Available shifts include: Overnights (3 pm to 7 am, 11 pm to 7 am, OR 11 pm to 7 am), and Evenings (3 pm to 11 pm).
Qualifications
No experience necessary! Paid training provided!
Skills
Experienced home health aides, nurse’s aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals welcome!
