Responsibilities

  • Graduate from our Agent Launch Training Program
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10-15 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice and team activities per team standards
  • Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions, and weekly trainings
  • Track tasks and activities in our CRM Technology

  • You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
  • You are people oriented, positive, and have a happy attitude.
  • You can analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
  • You are learning based, ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
  • You have a high school diploma and a real estate license with a minimum of two years in Real Estate Sales.
