About the Role

Part-time PRN Residential Advocate overseeing a shelter for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking.

Responsibilities

• Work independently on weekends and holidays to supervise shelter operations
• Answer hotline calls and texts
• Monitor safety via cameras and alarm systems
• Support residents and document services electronically using Osnium
• Intake new residents as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a minimum of two shifts per month, with flexible scheduling most often arranged a month in advance
• Willingness to undergo training to gain confidence in the role
• Pass a drug test and background check

Pay

$15.04/hour with double time on holidays.
