Responsibilities

• Maintain floor compliance with Center rules and regulations.
• Foster an environment for character development through encouraging positive behavior.
• Provide timely and appropriate assistance during emergencies, illnesses, traumas, and emotional situations.
• Patrol and monitor dormitories to ensure safety and proper student behavior.
• Support recreational activities both on and off campus.
• Clean up and maintain dormitory areas.
• Offer positive customer service to students and staff.
• Involvement in student employability programs and activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience working with youth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Computer proficiency.
