Residential Advisor
Requirements
- A high school diploma, or GED, is required.
- Must have an active driver's license with a clean driving record.
- One year of mental health or IDD experience with adults or children with behavioral health challenges is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and resident oversight for a 20-bed residential facility.
- Complete notes on client progress and activity.
- Administer medication.
- Teach daily living skills to residents.
- Provide transportation to appointments for our residents using company vehicles.
